Summertime is here and this Chia Raspberry Lemonade Spritzer is calling your name! Don’t miss out on this easy refreshing summer drink recipe!
Bubbles just make everything better.
For example, when you’re little you like to blow bubbles through a wand and pop them in your hands. But when you get bigger you like to drink them! Or at least I do. I like the frizzle I get in my belly. Which is why today is all about this Chia Raspberry Lemonade Spritzer!
Bubbles never lose their flare. 🙂
Now I know what you’re thinking.
Cuz I was thinking the same thing. Chia Seeds… in a drink?
Aren’t they usually just in energy bites and pudding? Well, yes those are the main things people put them in. But today I’m going to blow your mind with this tart refreshing drink full of tasty goodness!
In the summer there is nothing more refreshing than an ice cold glass of homemade lemonade. Am I right?
Ok, maybe a glass of rose or sangria would be more refreshing.
But lemonade is definitely a fan favorite in our house! My son goes through lemonade like it’s going out of style. And you know what? Lemons are a lot cheaper to buy than a bottle of sugary lemonade that I don’t really want him drinking anyways. So why not make my own and KNOW what goes in it!
Lemonade is simpler to make than you think. It’s literally three ingredients. Water. Lemon Juice. Sugar.
Voila. You have lemonade. And nothing beats homemade!
Since you’re making it yourself, why not add in a little nutrition. Chia Seeds are the perfect thing to sneak into this lemonade. After all, you already have raspberry seeds in there so you won’t even notice the chia seeds and if you do, it just looks fancy!
Chia Seeds are a powerhouse of nutrition. They are loaded with Omega-3 and fiber to help support digestive health. I love sneaking things like that in where Cason doesn’t even notice it! And believe me, he didn’t. He sucked that drink right down in less than 10 seconds.
Alright, now back to the beginning statement. “Bubbles just make everything better.”
This Raspberry Lemonade is delicious on it’s own and has a “fun” factor with the Spectrum Chia Seeds. But bubbles just take this recipe over the top! Sparkling water to make this drink glisten! It is absolutely the most refreshing thing you’ll make this summer!
Stay thirsty my friends! Cheers!
