Welcome to Week 10 of our weekly meal plan — and hello, March! Spring break is in the distance, the days are getting a little brighter, and here in Texas… the pollen is officially making its appearance. Even so, this is one of my favorite times of year to start leaning into lighter, fresher meals while still keeping things simple and satisfying.

Hopefully this weekly meal plan is continuing to serve you well and make breakfast and dinner time easier, because this week is all about balance. You’ll enjoy quick, flavor-packed dinners like beef and broccoli stir fry, a fresh and filling Greek salad with chicken, and cozy-but-not-heavy spinach mushroom pasta as you head into the weekend.
