The Best Cranberry Mojito Recipe

One of the more popular recipes on my site this time of year are my Cranberry Moscow Mules. I made them a few years ago but every year around this time they start to pop back up on Pinterest.

I guess you guys like your cranberries just as much as I do. For todays recipe I decided to stick with the cranberry theme just change up the cocktail … it’s all about the Mojito.

Mojitos are probably one of my favorite mixed cocktails to drink. Especially when I’m on vacation or laying by the pool. Ugh… who wants to be there right now?

If I’m being honest, I wish I was. Although, we probably won’t be able to go on a beach vacation for a while with our little one coming soon. Sigh… so until then I just keep dreaming of mojitos by the beach!

Why You Should Make These Mojitos

I think part of the reason I love mojitos so much is because they go down smooth and are super light and refreshing. Plus they are extremely easy to make. You really don’t need a lot of ingredients. As long as you have mint, limes and rum you can make whatever kind of mojito your little heart desires.

These Cranberry Mojitos are inspired for the holidays. Just looking at them makes me think of Christmas … ahem red and green. 🙂

After taking the first sip you get a fresh pop of tart cranberry juice and zesty lime juice, then the bubbles kick in from the club soda and a refreshing mint flavor. Last but not least you get that zing from the rum … which is sure to warm up your tummy on those cool days.

All the flavors in this mojito are guaranteed to make you one happy camper (in more ways than one, wink wink.) I added a little bit of agave nectar to give this mojito a slight sweetness which was the perfect addition to smooth out the tartness from the cranberry and lime.

If you’re looking for a fun cocktail recipe to make for those holiday parties you’ve got coming up …. consider exhibit A.

The best part is this mojito recipe is made in a pitcher. You can easily double or triple it so you’re not having to play “bartender” all night. This gives you time to mingle with those at the party and still enjoy your tasty giggle juice.

I hope this recipe makes an appearance at your next party, I know it’ll be a hit!

Stay thirsty my friends! Cheers!
