This recipe screams party appetizer and has spring written all over it! All you need is Triscuit, Goat cheese, fresh Strawberries, and homemade balsamic reduction!
It honestly takes maybe 5 minutes to make and tastes like a dream!
Where did this recipe idea come from!?
Well, if you follow JHE you should know that I have a mild .. ok strong obsession with goat cheese and balsamic reduction.
Balsamic reduction. I could straight up bathe in the stuff! I would put the stuff on everything if I could.
And goat cheese … sheesh don’t get me started on this creamy tangy dream cheese! Goat Cheese adds so much to any dish, it is one of my favorites to use!
And for the cherry on top – I added fresh sliced strawberries! Since… ya know … its strawberry season and all. Plus strawberries and balsamic rock together!
This dish screams Krista!
In order to compliment these strong flavors I needed a subtle yet delicious base vehicle – aka the Triscuit.
I was raised on these crackers! My mom used to get the vegetable flavored Triscuit on a weekly basis. She loved the vegetable seasoning I liked the plain, sometimes less is more!
With this dish, the ingredients shine for themselves!
It is crazy easy to make and looks way fancier than it is. It will become your new go to appetizer this summer!

These are so cute! And so easy. Trader Joe’s has this feta dip that would be just amazing with this, I bet. Definitely planning on having this for my morning snack tomorrow!

Thanks so much Cathy!
My family and I just recently decided we like strawberries. Before, it was an utter hatred. But now that we like them (taste buds are weird, I swear), I’ll definitely be making these little biteS!
