One of my sons favorite foods to eat is Sweet Potatoes. It was one of the very first vegetables we gave him. I wanted him to try everything in hopes that he wouldn’t be picky growing up. But I knew that if all else failed Sweet Potatoes was the way to go, so I always had some on hand as a back up. The other day I made these awesome Tex-Mex Stuffed Sweet Potatoes and Cason LOVED them. So I thought, well, I need to expand my Sweet Potato Recipe Collection. But guess what, you get to reap the benefits. Don’t you love it when a good plan comes together! 🙂

Love the sweet potato recipe ideas! Sweet potatoes were one of the first foods we gave our daughter as well and she likes them, so here’s to hoping that continues! 🙂

Nice! All of these are very mouth watering! I never thought how creative everyone can be with a sweet potato! Although, I’ve recently had a plateful of sweet potato french fries…Yum! But, have you tried them with fry sauce? (First of all, fry sauce is mayo and ketchup mixed together…it is a Utah thing.) You’d love it…if you haven’t tried it yet.

girl!! Yes, I have had it with fry sauce. We make that is Wisconsin too, but call it Russian dressing. Love that stuff! My husband makes it everytime we go out to eat and he has fries. As far as the sweet potatoes, people are pretty creative and these all looked super delicious. Definitely going to have to give some a try! Thanks for sharing!
