Classic Buffalo

Chicken Wings

How to: Air Fryer Wings

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings are made with just a handful of ingredients. Perfectly crispy on the outside, extra juicy on the inside, and covered in classic hot buffalo sauce.

1. Prepare Chicken

Pat the chicken wings dry and place into a large bowl. Season with avocado oil, salt & pepper. Toss to coat all of the wings, then set the bowl aside.

2. Prep the Sauce

Combine the butter and the hot sauce in a small saucepan over a medium-low heat burner on the stove.

3. Stir & Remove

Cook the mixture until the butter is melted, making sure to stir throughout the process. Once the butter has fully melted, remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.

4. Cook the Wings

Preheat the Air Fryer basket to 400°F for 2 mins. Place wings into the Air Fryer basket & space them evenly, so they aren’t crowded. Cook for 8 mins. Flip wings over, then cook for an additional 8 mins on the other side, or until they are crispy and golden.

5. Toss Wings

Once wings are cooked, place into a large bowl. Cover with the prepared buffalo sauce and toss until each wing is well coated.

6. Cooking Tip

You don’t want the chicken wings to overcrowd your Air Fryer basket, which would prevent them from getting nice & crispy on the outside. It’s best to work in batches.
