Description
A healthy & delicious Thai Chicken Pizza recipe using whole wheat naan bread instead of pizza dough. The flavors are incredible and the recipe is super easy to make!

Pizza Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat naan flatbreads
- 6 oz. pre-cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, grated
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Peanut Sauce:
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 T. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup + 1 T. of creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
- Mix water, peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, fresh grated ginger {or 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger}, garlic clove, and red pepper flakes.Mix together until combined.
- Next, put both pieces of naan on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute Peanut Sauce, precooked chopped chicken. {3 oz. to each naan}, fresh chopped cilantro, grated carrots,green onions over each naan.
- Top with shredded mozzarella. {1 cup each naan}
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cut up and serve!
