This Paleo Banana Bread is super simple and easy to make. Moist and delicious Paleo and gluten-free banana bread that your whole family will love!
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 water
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix together almond flour, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Beat two eggs in a bowl, then add water, almond extract, honey, and mashed bananas. Mix well.
- Add banana mixture to almond flour mixture; mix until no dry areas are visible. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake until brown and crisp around the edges, about 45-50 minutes.
