These sweet and crunchy nuts can be used as a topping for salads, a simple snack, or a holiday gift to friends and family.

- 2 cups of pecans
- 1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
Instructions
- Heat up a medium size skillet to medium heat. Add pecans and white granulated sugar to skillet.
- Stir to combine the sugar and pecans.
- Leave at medium heat and continue to stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes until sugar has formed a crust around the pecans.
- Remove from heat and spread out on parchment paper to cool. {split up the larger chunks}
- Use a topping to a salad, a snack, or better yet a Holiday gift.
