This easy high protein crockpot buffalo chicken dip is made with cottage cheese for a healthier version of the classic creamy, cheesy recipe!

- 5 cups shredded chicken breast (or rotisserie chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup primal kitchen buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry dill
- optional: garnish with sliced green onions
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add all of your ingredients to the crockpot. Stir until everything is combined and chicken is coated with wet ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Serve. Optional: garnish with green onions
