Description

This easy high protein crockpot buffalo chicken dip is made with cottage cheese for a healthier version of the classic creamy, cheesy recipe!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups shredded chicken breast (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup primal kitchen buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry dill
  • optional: garnish with sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add all of your ingredients to the crockpot. Stir until everything is combined and chicken is coated with wet ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  4. Serve. Optional: garnish with green onions
