Blueberry Lemon Scones

Whisk the dry ingredients

Preheat the oven. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Rub the butter into the dry ingredients until you get a coarse, crumbly mixture.

Combine the mixtures

Mix the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the crumbly mixture. Add the blueberries and mix. Knead until just combined.

Flatten it

Remove the dough from the bowl. Place it on a floured surface and “knead” it until it’s well pressed together. Pat into a 1/2″ thick circle. cut the circle into 8 wedges

Bake and Enjoy!

Brush the scones with milk. Pop the tray into the oven until browned. Remove it from the heat and set it aside. Make the glaze. Whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle it over the scones, serve, and enjoy!
