1. Preheat

Heat air fryer to 400ºF.

2. Trim Your Sprouts

Slice off the bottom end of each Brussels sprout. Discard any wilted/discolored leaves. Next, slice each sprout vertically to create two halves.

3. Toss

 Add trimmed brussel sprouts to a medium bowl, with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat

4. Time for Cook

Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake so they are in a single layer. Air fry for 6 minutes.

5. Shake & Top

Shake the sprouts to move them around and back into a single layer. Top with parmesan cheese. Air fry an additional 6 minutes.

6. Remove

Take the Brussel sprouts out from the air fryer and serve.

7. Enjoy

Everybody loves a crispy caramelized Brussel sprout. When they are cooked right, they are like vegetable candy!
