Cover with cold water & bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat off & cover, and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Place eggs in an ice bath.
Peel the shell off hard-boiled eggs, and rinse with water. Roughly chopped hardboiled eggs and set aside.
Add mashed avocado, mustard, mayonnaise, and seasonings to a large bowl. Mix to combine.
Lastly, add in the chopped hard-boiled eggs. Stir until well combined.
