Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/2 cup tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Honey Sriracha Marinade
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Sweet Balsamic Marinade
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt & pepper
Cilantro Lime Marinade
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Greek Marinade
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- For each marinade, combine the ingredients in a bowl. Using a whisk, mix until well combined.
- Add the chicken to a large storage bag, then pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (always better if it marinates overnight).
