A refreshing summer salad loaded with diced pears, crunchy walnuts, creamy feta, and a raspberry vinaigrette. Summer Pear & Walnut Salad is perfect for picnics, a light lunch, and more!


  • 10oz. fresh baby spinach
  • 2 pears, diced
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • raspberry vinaigrette (your favorite brand)


  1. Dice 2 pears into small pieces.
  2. Wash baby spinach and place in a bowl along with diced pears.
  3. Add craisins, chopped walnuts and crumbled feta.
  4. Top with your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.
