This Strawberry Nectarine Bruschetta not only delivers on flavor and freshness but is the perfect Healthy Appetizer!



  • 1 nectarine, finely diced
  • 8 strawberries, hulled and finely diced
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 T. red onion, finely diced
  • 2 1/2 T. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt
  • 1 baguette loaf
  • olive oil for drizzle
  • 4 oz. goat cheese, softened


  1. Dice nectarine into small pieces and place in a small bowl. {cut around the main seed in the center}
  2. Hull {remove top} and finely dice strawberries and put in bowl with nectarine.
  3. Halve cherry tomatoes and put those in the bowl.
  4. Add finely diced red onion, freshly chopped basil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
  5. Cut baguette loaf into 1/2″ pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and put under oven broiler until slightly browned. {approximately 3-4 minutes}
  6. Evenly spread softened goat cheese over toasted baguette pieces.
  7. Top each baguette piece with a little bit of the Strawberry Nectarine Bruschetta.
