- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Wash asparagus and trim off the bottom 2 inches of each stalk.
- Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt
- Roast in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
