Description

Step up your summer celebrations with a pitcher of Pineapple Rum Punch! This sweet fizzy cocktail transforms your favorite tropical fruits into a boozy refresher.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut rum (I love the brand RumHaven)
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 7.5 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir.
  2. Serve over ice.
  3. Garnish with pineapple, lime or orange slices and fresh mint.

Notes

  • Makes 6-8 drinks.
  • To Make Ahead: Leave out ginger ale and stir in just before serving. Combine all other cocktail ingredients and refrigerate mixture in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
