Description

With the sweet, delicate flavor of pears and elderflower, this Pear Martini tastes fancy but it’s super easy to make at home!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz pear puree or pear nectar
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz st germaine (elderflower liquor)
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill martini glasses with ice and water. (fill to the top) Let the ice water sit while you are making the cocktail.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Next, add 4-5 cubes of ice to the cocktail shaker. Secure the lid.
  3. Vigorously shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosty.
  4. Empty the ice water mixture out of the martini glass. Strain pear martini into the martini glass and serve.
  5. Optional: garnish with slices of fresh pear
