Ingredients

- 1.5 lb.s of ground turkey
- 1 T. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, dethawed and squeezed dry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp. of pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยบ.
- Chop up onion and cloves of garlic, add to a medium sized bowl along with ground turkey meat.
- Next de-thaw frozen spinach and then squeeze all the liquid out. {I did the cheater route and put the spinach in the microwave to warm up and then squeezed the liquid out :)}
- Next, add dry basil, dry oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and shredded parmesan cheese.
- Mix all ingredients together by hand.
- Form into 2″ balls and place on baking sheet. {it should make about a dozen meatballs}
- Put baking sheet in oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve on spaghetti with Homemade Tomato Sauce.
