Viral Hot honey ground beef bowls are everything you dream of! They’re sweet, spicy, and protein-packed thanks to the cottage cheese.

- lb ground beef
- 2–3 tablespoons siete taco seasoning
- 3 tablespoons no salt add tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 4 cups of diced sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 avocados
- 4 –8 tablespoons of hot honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To large bowl, add sweet potatoes, avocado oil, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, black pepper and smoked paprika. Toss everything to coat the sweet potatoes with spices.
- Spread the sweet potatoes out in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Baked for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- In the meantime, heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
- Add in the ground beef, saute for 3-4 minutes, breaking up the meat into smaller pieces throughout the cooking process.
- Add in the taco seasoning. Stir into the meat.
- Next, add in the tomato sauce and stir into the meat. Allow the meat to cook another 2-3 minutes until meat is done. Set aside.
- Assemble the bowls. Add 1/4 sweet potatoes, 1/4 ground beef, 1/2 cup cottage, and 1/2 sliced avocado. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of honey hot. Serve.
