Description

Sweet, savory, and ready in 15 minutes, this Honey Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli is a quick and healthy stir fry recipe packed with flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Instructions

  1. To small bowl, add all the ingredients for the honey garlic sauce. Whisk together until the cornstarch is combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
  3. Make sure the pan is hot then add olive oil and shrimp to the pan.
  4. Sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Add your broccoli to the pan, give it a quick sear and cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring throughout.
  6. Pour sauce in and stir to coat everything. Simmer for 1 minute until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve.
