- 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Instructions
- To small bowl, add all the ingredients for the honey garlic sauce. Whisk together until the cornstarch is combined. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
- Make sure the pan is hot then add olive oil and shrimp to the pan.
- Sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add your broccoli to the pan, give it a quick sear and cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring throughout.
- Pour sauce in and stir to coat everything. Simmer for 1 minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve.
