Description
A homemade Caesar Dressing recipe that is anchovy free, but still has the same great taste! You’ll love this version of Caesar dressing on your salads.
Ingredients

- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Serve or store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
