Double Chocolate Fudgy Avocado Brownies made with avocado, cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup and chocolate chips to make it extra chocolatey! You’re going to love this extra moist healthy version of a classic brownie. 


  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
  3. To a food processor add avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder, almond flour, vanilla extract, eggs, instant coffee, baking powder and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and there are no avocado chunks.
  4. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and fold dark chocolate chips in.
  5. Pour brownie batter into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
