Description

This rich, creamy chocolate chia pudding is made with simple, wholesome ingredients and perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or a milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • optional toppings: fresh raspberries, strawberries, shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup and cinnamon. Whisk until combined and smooth.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. (it is better if you let it sit overnight)
  3. Top with fresh fruit or shaved dark chocolate.

Notes

If your pudding comes out to liquidy you can add more chia seeds to thicken it up, if it is too hard just add more milk to thin it out.
