Caprese Chicken with Balsamic Reduction

This fresh Caprese Chicken with Balsamic Reduction is a good way to spice up your chicken dishes during the week. This chicken recipe is so delicious and super easy to make!



  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 beef steak tomato, sliced into 1/4” slices
  • 4 oz. of fresh mozzarella, sliced into 1/4” slices
  • 8 large fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic Reduction


  1. Heat one large skillet to medium high heat.
  2. Season both sides of boneless chicken breasts with salt & pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in skillet and cook each side for 6-7 minutes. {14 minutes total}
  4. Slice Beef Steak Tomato into thick 1/4″ slices.
  5. Slice fresh mozzarella ball into thick 1/4″ slices and set aside large fresh basil leaves.
  6. To assemble place chicken breast on bottom, then 1 large slice of tomato, two leaves of basil, 1 large slice of fresh mozzarella.
  7. Lastly, drizzle a Balsamic Reduction over top the entire dish.
  8. Serve with a side of fresh veggies. YUMMO!
