Blackened Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Garlic Honey Butter

Juicy and coated in blackened seasoning, these air fryer salmon bites with homemade honey butter will be your new favorite 30-minute meal.


  • 1.5 lb salmon filet, skin removed, cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For the Garlic Honey Butter

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  1. Heat air fryer at 400°F.
  2. To a small bowl, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, oregano, parsley, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix together and set aside.
  3. Add salmon cubes to a bowl along with the blackening spice blend. Spray with cooking spray and toss everything together with a spoon to coat all of the salmon.
  4. Place salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7-9 minutes until slightly browned. Remove from air fryer and repeat until all salmon cubes are cooked.
  5. To a small bowl add, butter, honey, garlic, thyme and salt. Mix together. (optional: melt butter if desired)
  6. Serve salmon bites on a plate with garlic honey butter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedge.
