Description

Lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, this tender-crisp Air Fryer Asparagus doesn’t need any fancy embellishments to make it shine. It’s a healthy side dish or snack that’s quick, easy and satisfying!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon of olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Trim asparagus by removing the tough woody part at the bottom of the asparagus.
  3. Place asparagus in a shallow dish or on a large plate. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Line asparagus up in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6 minutes. Remove and repeat until all asparagus are done.

Notes

Storage & Reheating: Refrigerate cooled asparagus in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in a single layer in a 350°F Air Fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through.
