Crispy Oven Roasted

with Balsamic 

1. Preheat

Heat oven  to 400ºF.

2. Trim Your Sprouts

Slice off the bottom end of each Brussels sprout. Discard any wilted/discolored leaves. Next, slice each sprout vertically to create two halves.

3. Toss

To a large bowl, add Brussels Sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tamari sauce, garlic clove, salt, and pepper. Toss with a spoon to coat.

4. Time to Roast

Lay Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet, cut side down (flat side), and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

5. Remove & Top

Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining balsamic vinegar.

6. Enjoy

Sere with your favorite protein.
