Description

This Refreshing Pina Colada Spritzer is a lighter cream free version of the classic pina colada recipe. This low calorie cocktail is made with only 4 ingredients: pineapple juice, sparkling water, lime juice and coconut rum for the ultimate summer sip. 


Ingredients

Single Serve: 

  • 2 ounce RumHaven Coconut Rum
  • 4 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 4 ounce Sparkling Water (like topo chico)
  • squeeze of Lime Juice

Pitcher Version:

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut rum
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups topo chico
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

Single Serve:

  1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Pour through strainer into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
  2. Garnish with lime wedges and pineapple slice.

Pitcher Version:

  1. To a large pitcher add coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Give it a good stir to mix everything together.
  2. Top with topo chico or sparkling water right before serving.
  3. Serve over ice. Garnish with pineapple slice or lime wedge.
