Boil the pasta and cook the mushrooms

Boil the pasta. Add the garlic to a large pan with olive oil. Sautée. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in the dried herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Add the rest of the veggies

Mix in the fresh tomatoes and spinach. Stir to combine, cover the pan, and sautée the veggies for another 5 minutes.

Make the sauce

Add the crushed tomatoes and cream cheese. Stir gently and mix until the cheese is completely melted. 

Serve and Enjoy!

Return the pasta into the pan and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat. Serve immediately and enjoy!
