Roasted Garlic Aioli

Prep Foil Squares

Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut out 5×5″ aluminum foil squares.

Prep the Garlic

Using your hands, clear the sheer layers of the garlic bulb. Keeping bulb intact, slice 1/4″ off the “non root” side of the garlic cloves on the bulb.

Prep the Garlic

Drizzle garlic cloves with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and wrap the bulb in foil.

Start Roasting

Place wrapped bulb on pan & bake for 40 mins. Let the bulb cool down before using.

Make Aioli

To a small processor, add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic cloves. Blend until smooth.

How to Serve!

Store in refrigerator or serve immediately. It’s perfect for dipping all your french fries into.
