Grilled Lemon Pepper Salmon

Can I Use Frozen Salmon to Make This?

You can use frozen salmon in this recipe if you thaw it in the fridge overnight. Or, thaw it for 30 minutes in a bowl of cool water, in a well-sealed plastic bag.

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill and then pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.

Season the Salmon

Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and then rub the flesh side with lots of lemon pepper seasoning.

Grill the Salmon

Grill the salmon covered, skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip the fillets over and grill for another minute or two.

Let the Salmon Rest

Once the salmon is done cooking, take it off of the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. 

Serve and Enjoy!

Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over each piece of salmon, then dig in!
