- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- In a two small bowls, layer mango, pineapple blueberries with yogurt and toasted coconut. Top with more fruit.
