One of my favorite dishes to make and eat during the summer months is Salad. Salads are perfect, easy, and always leave you feeling refreshed and light in the tummy afterwards. {not like you ate a 2 lb. piece of cow.} So let me tell you, Mike and I eat Ahh-LOT of Salads around now because of the warm DREADFULLY HOT summers in Texas!
