Description
This Paleo Avocado Tzatziki Sauce makes the perfect healthy dip or condiment! Eat it with burgers, veggies, pita chips or whatever else you like!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1 ripe avoacdo
- 1 small garlic clove, grated {make sure it is small}
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. dry dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Grate cucumber and a small garlic clove. {make sure it is small or it will overpower the sauce}
- Add cucumber and garlic to small food processor.
- Add 1 whole ripe avocado.
- Then olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, dry dill, and salt & pepper to taste.
- Blend until completely combined.
- You can store in refrigerator.
- Serve with pita bread, veggies, on a salad, or as a condiment on a burger or sandwich
