Mango Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 2 T. of water

Instructions

  1. Slice mango in half and remove flesh from the seed.
  2. Cut mango into cubes and cut flesh away from skin.
  3. Place mango cubes and water into blender and puree until desired consistency.
  4. * As a side note, mangoes are a great mixing fruit. Can be paired with apples, chicken, bananas, blueberries, and rice cereal.
