These Grilled Chicken, Sausage, Pepper & Onion Kabobs are such a hearty and flavorful lunch or dinner option! They’re super easy to make and completely mess-free!
Ingredients

- 2 red peppers, cut into 1” cubes
- 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1” cubes
- 1 large red onion, halved then cubed
- 5 chicken sausages, {any flavor} cut into 2” links
Instructions
- Soak 10 wood skewers in water for 20 minutes. {this ensures that the skewers will not burn on the grill}
- Assemble the kabobs, alternate the sausage with onions and peppers.
- Heat grill to medium high heat and place kabob on grill.
- Grill each side for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill.
- Serve with Roasted Garlic & Herb Couscous.
