Description

These Grilled Chicken, Sausage, Pepper & Onion Kabobs are such a hearty and flavorful lunch or dinner option! They’re super easy to make and completely mess-free!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 red peppers, cut into 1” cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 large red onion, halved then cubed
  • 5 chicken sausages, {any flavor} cut into 2” links

Instructions

  1. Soak 10 wood skewers in water for 20 minutes. {this ensures that the skewers will not burn on the grill}
  2. Assemble the kabobs, alternate the sausage with onions and peppers.
  3. Heat grill to medium high heat and place kabob on grill.
  4. Grill each side for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill.
  6. Serve with Roasted Garlic & Herb Couscous.
