Description

These Skillet Green Beans are the perfect light side dish for any meal! They’re easy to make and blistered to tender-crisp perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
  2. Add olive oil and green beans to the pan.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until green beans have blistered or browned on the sides.
  4. Add in garlic and season with salt.
  5. Stir and saute for 2-3 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
