- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
- Add olive oil and green beans to the pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until green beans have blistered or browned on the sides.
- Add in garlic and season with salt.
- Stir and saute for 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
