Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Popsicles with Coconut

  • 6 bananas, cut in half
  • 10 oz. of dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup of creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes


  1. Slice bananas in half and put popsicle stick through the center.
  2. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave. {I took me 2, 30 second session in the microwave}. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a small dish pour coconut flakes.
  4. Dunk your banana popsicles in dark chocolate mixture, making sure all sides of banana are covered.
  5. Next dunk tip of banana into the coconut flakes.
  6. Place finished popsicle on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  7. Continue this process till all popsicles are completely.
  8. Place baking sheet in the freezer until banana pops are frozen.
  9. Eat!
