The Best 4th of July Grilling Recipes
It’s crazy to me that 4th of July is almost here, I feel like we just celebrated New Years! Something even more crazy is my little brother is getting married on July 5th!! Thats like 4 weeks people! Where has the time gone? With the wedding around the corner and occurring the day after the 4th, our 4th of July is going to look a little different this year. {meaning rehearsal dinner and fireworks :)} Super excited and can’t wait!
On a typically 4th of July celebration in our house, we will go to the pool most of the day to hang out {catch some rays}, come back to relax, grill out, and then go outside for a little firework show put on by the city and our neighborhood. {setting off your own fireworks here in Texas is “the thing to do”}

hahaa.. I do! I love Bobby Flay, probably one of my all time favorite chefs!!! {even went to his restaurant in New York:)} Thanks for the sweet comments, I hope you have a great weekend.

Thanks! I hope you have an awesome weekend too!
Oh my Krista- YUM!!!! I am so hungry now.
I know right! Me too! 🙂
Funny you mentioned the 4th coming up…bcz I need to get on it! I host it at my home every year. And I was just checking to make sure it didn’t land on a Sunday…one word, UTAH. There is only like two towns in the whole state that celebrate it on if it lands on the Sunday. (But whew…it’s not this yr.) I’m for sure putting going to put the Tequilla Lime Chicken on the menu…it’ll be a hit!
Sounds like a fun day for your family. We live in a small town where there is activities all around the clock. We can’t do certain fireworks unless we cross the state lines to Wyo and smuggle them back without getting caught! (They literally watch for UT plates!) Crazy, I know! Have a fun wkend!
How fun! You are probably the funniest house in Utah.. I love seeing all your pics on Instagram. 🙂 Crazy that only a couple of towns in Utah celebrate if it lands on a Sunday. Utah sounds a little intense and like they need to chill out with the fireworks situation, can’t believe you have to smuggle them over.. haha.. that cracks me up!
Yeah we will definitely have fun this year. The plan is… wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner at some awesome mexican restaurant, and then fireworks. 🙂 Next day… wedding!!!!
Hi Krista! Thanks for sharing my grilled salmon and fruit salsa recipes! I really appreciate it!
